Clothing Return Policy
We hope you love your new finds from Esther Clothing, but if not, we are happy to help! Please read the return policy below:
Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Your delivery date can be found using your tracking number.
Returns are ONLY eligible for store credit.
Returns MUST be received in the condition you ordered them. They should be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached and intact. Please include the packing slip with your return.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Because our stock changes often and some items will not be restocked, we do not guarantee you will be able to exchange for a different size. If you need a different size, simply return the item and add the new size item to your cart if it is in stock. You may use your store credit to purchase.
Please adhere to these guidelines to complete your return: Email us at estherclothingbrand@gmail.com. Make sure your item you are returning is placed in a bag or box with the appropriate postage. Also, be sure to include the packing slip in your package. Send to the address listed below for store credit. Once we receive your return to redeem your store credit, go to your Esther Clothing account page and use towards any future purchase.

Services Return Policy
Services are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Please contact estherclothingbrand@gmail.com if you have an emergency late cancellation request past the standard rescheduling period.
